ISO 9001: ROLV Group Certified for Quality Management

ROLV Group has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system. The certificate was issued by TÜV NORD Polska on 3 November 2026 and covers the distribution of consumer electronics and accessories.

It is our third management system certificate this year, alongside ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 50001 for energy management. Together they describe how we work every day: with clear processes, measurable goals and an independent auditor checking that we keep our word.

What ISO 9001 certifies

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. It does not certify a single product. It confirms that an organisation has defined how it plans, delivers, measures and improves its work, and that it puts customer requirements at the centre of those processes.

In practice this means documented processes, assigned responsibilities, risk assessment, supplier evaluation, handling of complaints and nonconformities, and regular reviews by management. The system has to work in day-to-day operations, not only on paper, and the certification body confirms this through an audit.

What it means for our partners

For the brands we distribute, ISO 9001 means predictable cooperation: agreed procedures for ordering, storage, delivery and returns, and a clear path when something goes wrong. For retailers and B2B customers it means consistent service across every channel we run, from retail and B2B networks to warehousing and logistics.

For public sector clients the certificate also matters formally. ISO 9001 is frequently required in tenders, and together with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 it covers the management system certificates that contracting authorities most often ask contractors for.

We treat the certificate as a starting point rather than a finish line.
